SERVICES

Home Care Standard Package
Whatever type of property you own, it’s important to make sure that it’s properly looked after when you’re away. That’s why the HomeCare Standard Package includes the following services:
Initial full inventory check of your property and its contents.
Monthly inspection visits in low season and weekly inspections in high season comprising the following:
•Check all contents against inventory.
•Collection of the keys for the apartment from the developer’s office and making set of 2 copies of keys for the apartment.
•Perform a visual inspection of the exterior, looking for any obvious defects.
•Perform a visual inspection of the interior, checking for wear and tear and noting the general and specific state of the décor.
•Thoroughly air all the rooms (subject to external weather conditions).
•Check for pests and vermin and recommend remedial action.
•Test all appliances and electrical equipment to make sure all are in good working order.
•Examine all furniture and furnishings for wear and tear.
•Take care of indoor plants.
•Check all sanitary equipment and plumbing.
•Make sure all your security services and equipment are fully functional.
•Arranging cleaning once a year, included in the price of the package.
•Paying the monthly bills for electricity, water and telephone.
•Emergency property checks following inclement weathers and arranging clear up, if necessary, after storms/high winds.
•Property insurance (including Public Liability Insurance)*

Home Care Platinum Package
Initial full inventory check of your property and its contents.

•Property inspection once a week, when unoccupied.
•Collection of the keys for the apartment from the developer’s office and making set of 2 copies of keys for the apartment.
•Perform a visual inspection of the exterior, looking for any obvious defects.
•Perform a visual inspection of the interior, checking for wear and tear and noting the general and specific state of the décor.
•Thoroughly air all the rooms (subject to external weather conditions).

Garden Maintenance
The growing season in Bulgaria lasts all year! So if your property has its own garden an effective watering system and weekly visits by a professional gardener are essential.
Pool Maintenance
Your pool needs regular maintenance. HomeCare on the Web will take care of routine cleaning, the replenishment of chemicals and regular checking for leaks. This service is carried out twice a week in the summer and once a week in winter.
Decorating and Maintenance
Time, wind and weather all take their toll on your property. We have a number of approved contractors who, under our watchful eye, undertake high quality internal and external repairs and decoration to your own specification.
Mail Delivery
We will gather any mail that has been delivered to your property in Bulgaria and forward it to your home address every month, so you’ll never miss out on that important communication.
